Let's not have her do it again.

Brendan stabbed Christine to death let us not forget.

How do you know this? Were you there? The federal agent did it or the random man — and not the psycho young nanny who was deluded for a long time into assuming the wife role? OK..

You do know that is why there are jury trials. She could get a deal and one has no idea what the jury will decide.

If she takes a plea deal it’s the Judge that decides the sentence. Not a jury.

I thought “ the nanny did it “ was part of the defense. That is coming up before a jury right ?! Am I confused?

The point is the jury will decide what happen. Sometimes they tell the press afterwards and explain their reasoning.

If the jury trial is off for this murder/s. Please post this development. That is news to me.

Punishment is pretty prescribed. A lot of information can be weighed. I actually don’t know all the rules in VA. So far, people are staying the obvious…

Research please deal and it will all make sense to you? Brendan will still go to trial unless he takes a plea deal to not go to trial(then the judge also sentences him), spare his child, and just plea guilty but we all know he’s too evil for that.

Juliana took a plea deal for manslaughter and is awaiting sentencing. Prosecutors are making a recommendation of time served, but she could face up to 10 years. The judge will determine her sentence. Brendan will stand trial in October. Is that really so difficult to comprehend??

Have you followed this case? It’s not rocket science.

I mean the nanny could have done it all. That Fairfax prosecutor is a known tool (and his hires) —and she seems to be an adept liar.

Who would stick around after what happened and 1) continue living in the home where two people were killed and 2) continue living with the father of the house with no wife or other female relative around?

This. If you board a plane, you look guilty. The feds eventually find you. She is fascinating.

They should ask the jury if they read dc urban moms and dads bc I am pretty sure this group is tainted. It’s not hard to taint a jury pool. I knew a lawyer that would sneak (paid) people in during voir dire. That guy was weird.
