I thought “ the nanny did it “ was part of the defense. That is coming up before a jury right ?! Am I confused? |
The point is the jury will decide what happen. Sometimes they tell the press afterwards and explain their reasoning.
|
If the jury trial is off for this murder/s. Please post this development. That is news to me.
Punishment is pretty prescribed. A lot of information can be weighed. I actually don’t know all the rules in VA. So far, people are staying the obvious… |
“ stating “ |
Research please deal and it will all make sense to you? Brendan will still go to trial unless he takes a plea deal to not go to trial(then the judge also sentences him), spare his child, and just plea guilty but we all know he’s too evil for that. |
|
Are you a witness? I don’t understand. |
"Betrayal leaves us at a fork in the road. We can become stuck in the bad moment forever, or we can put it behind us for good.
We decide our path." - Carmen Harra |
Juliana took a plea deal for manslaughter and is awaiting sentencing. Prosecutors are making a recommendation of time served, but she could face up to 10 years. The judge will determine her sentence. Brendan will stand trial in October. Is that really so difficult to comprehend?? |
Ok Carmen. Or is it Manny or Benjamin? |
their is such a mob mentality here; i've Never seen such a Ruch to judgment |
Have you followed this case? It’s not rocket science. |
I mean the nanny could have done it all. That Fairfax prosecutor is a known tool (and his hires) —and she seems to be an adept liar. |
This. If you board a plane, you look guilty. The feds eventually find you. She is fascinating. |
They should ask the jury if they read dc urban moms and dads bc I am pretty sure this group is tainted. It’s not hard to taint a jury pool. I knew a lawyer that would sneak (paid) people in during voir dire. That guy was weird. |
