The smitten kitchen one linked above is a very good start and she has good tips for working with dough.
Make your oven as hot as humanly possible, and use a pizza stone. Heat the oven with the stone in it for at least half and hour. My oven is poorly calibrated and I was about to complain to my landlord until I realized I could easily get it above 500 - the pizza cooks perfectly in 7 minutes. If you have a hard time transferring it into the oven, press it out on parchment paper and then slip that in with it onto the stone - also makes clean up easy. |

| A great tip someone gave me is to sprinkle some corn meal on your pizza stone before you pop the dough on. |
Italian here. My parents owned a pizza shop. The bolded is the closest you can get to amazing pizza at home -- the key is you really, really have to let the dough rest overnight like the recipe says. I use this recipe since it's so close to my dad's Neapolitan style dough (which doesn't scale well for home cooks). |

Or you can sprinkle semolina on your peel (or rimless cookie sheet) and the dough will slide neatly onto the pizza stone when it's time to bake. Semolina won't scorch as easily as cornmeal. |
