Clearly the family of the violated young boy was just supposed to go away. Any further victims could shut up and take it or leave too, it would appear. Safety was not addressed and the vaunted consent summits were just for show or maybe a diversion.

This was over a decade after JE was convicted. NOT a company who can be relied on to be more than a fixer.

T&M is the type of company that gets hired to make unseemly accusations disappear. That is their specialty. They provide liabilty protection and crisis response PR. That is what they do.

It makes sense that Epstein hired them. It does not make sense that GDS did as well.

This has to be heartbreaking to a family that placed trust in the school even after the rape of their young son.

I worry about not only peers but siblings, etc. This is not an act of a well adjusted kid.

Is the child’s word “no evidence” and perpetrators word “no credible evidence”?

Who has confidence that the alleged perps have been spoken to by anyone in authority?

I do believe the administration has likely identified them.

The school sent out an email that did not encourage anyone with information to come forward, even now (never mind when the investigation was launched!) The parents, after waiting over a year, took that step because the school had not. The school did not hire a vendor to investigate that had an unblemished reputation, fact. The school did not make policy changes re: safety in bathrooms. All facts.
