The Epstein connection is irrelevant, it's just a cherry on top. T&M is the type of company that gets hired to make unseemly accusations disappear. That is their specialty. They provide liabilty protection and crisis response PR. That is what they do. It makes sense that Epstein hired them. It does not make sense that GDS did as well. |

If the process by the school and hired vendor was neutral, why not encourage those with information to contact MPD?
Was the goal a controlled outcome or the truth and safety for all? |
"Customize investigations to meet the needs of our clients'. Which customization did GDS select? |
I hope the victim gets justice and that the perpetrators have accountability and get help. I suspect there may be more victims. The school did not signal that further information was welcome. That is troubling. |
This has to be heartbreaking to a family that placed trust in the school even after the rape of their young son. |
| I just can’t imagine their being middle schoolers doing this at GDS, but if they are, those kids will have future trouble to come. |
Exactly. Not something to minimize and sweep under rug. I worry about not only peers but siblings, etc. This is not an act of a well adjusted kid. Juvenile records are sealed in DC. No reason not to identify them. |

klani @klanigreen · Feb 15 Is the child’s word “no evidence” and perpetrators word “no credible evidence”? Who has confidence that the alleged perps have been spoken to by anyone in authority? I do believe the administration has likely identified them. |
You don’t know what the school did or didn’t do. Why are you pretending that your opinions are actually valid? Based on hearsay only? All of you acting as if you have the facts are why conspiracy theories are so prevalent and pernicious. |
No one has identified the alleged perps. That’s why the investigation went nowhere. |
|
Not publicly but I don’t believe they have no idea. That said, the goal seems to be sweeping it under the rug.
Perhaps patents and students and alumni can start a chapter since the consent conference seems ineffective? https://stopsexualassaultinschools.org/#advocates |
The school sent out an email that did not encourage anyone with information to come forward, even now (never mind when the investigation was launched!) The parents, after waiting over a year, took that step because the school had not. The school did not hire a vendor to investigate that had an unblemished reputation, fact. The school did not make policy changes re: safety in bathrooms. All facts. |
