Are you implying that the deposit taken locks in players? |
Roster not final until you see them at practice next season 😂 |
Not sure, but a lot of clubs a deposit means you are on the hook for the full balance for the next year. |
I was always wondering about this once you get to U13/GA/ECNL. I know at the younger ages you can switch teams at any time as long as you pay your full balance. Your player card is your player card. |
just curious on the hostility here since we're considering MYS as an option. An old teammates moved to the team and they seem generally happy with the situation. Why don't people like the coach? I know he moved over from VYS, but he doesn't seem as polarizing as other coaches mentioned here. |

I’ve heard positive things as well. The only negative is roster size. |
Favoritism is wild |
That is how clubs should function. STJ charges you $1500 for a player card at u12. I can't imagine what they charge for u13 and older. |
Looks like second bracket ASIST for Loudoun (along with SAC). Really makes you think about Jefferson cup bracket seeding. |
What does it make you think? That Jeff cup seeding isn’t the gospel? |
your player card is not yours. It's the clubs. The clubs need to release you, but you don't take your player card with. |
Errrr ummm actually…. Thanks for the clarification nerd! |
I meant to say, you can leave and get a new card at the new club almost instantly. VYSA rules. As long as you paid in full. A former club can’t prevent you from playing. |
I don’t think every player has a VYSA card. |
