Kayla Meuller was repeatedly raped by ISIS leader

Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi is the animal who raped her - he spent time in Guantanamo. So much for that prison holding a bunch of sheepherders

There are truly no words to describe these murderous, scum-of-the-earth, brutal monsters.

I cannot think of words bad enough to describe them.

Rapists or men trying to take away a woman's right to make decisions about her own body, are really much the same to me. The manifestation is different, but they're rooted similarly.

It's not about sex. It's not about "life." It's about power and control.

I know one of the lawyers who directly worked so tirelessly to free the savage from Guantanamo.

You think she's still pleased with her "success"?

OR... maybe being locked away in Guantanamo is one of the factors that helped lead him to become the insane, evil radical he is?

This is a pattern I have read about other Islamic radicals- even if they are not so extreme when they enter prison, the conditions they endure solidifies their violent views.

Oh really? I'm glad that someone is here to inform us about this guy's childhood. I'm sure you have a source too.

Please, enlighten us.

I'm all for charging alleged terrorists and giving them a trial, and if convicted, swiftly punishing them. That would be great.

But I find it deeply disturbing that you have such little understanding of why 'Guantanamo' exists in the first place. You can't have much respect for justice if you support such a concept. As an American, that precedent is pretty damn disturbing.

Thank you for this article. Every American should read it. The facts speak for themselves.

No one forced her to go there. She knew the risks yet went anyway.

Yeah I bet she also dressed like a slut too, so you know it's not really unexpected that these things happened.

I mean heaven forbid we ever think men should be responsible for themselves and accountable for their behavior, and not do violent shit like kidnap and rape women. Guess they just can't help themselves. Silly men!

WTF? We CREATED this entire nightmare. We invaded Iraq, removed all the Baathists, left a power vacuum, supported Malicki who is a huge sectarian scumball, and basically everything we did laid the groundwork for ISIS. If Al Baghdadi had been dead or imprisoned, some other psycho would be doing all of this instead. Don't you know ISIS is recruiting all the time?

This is OUR fault, and not for letting people out of Guantanamo. Torturing people and putting people in Guantanamo was just shitting on our own values as Americans, which is basically the icing on the cake in this whole situation.

Uh, hate to burst your bubble and the entire premise of your post, but he was not in Gitmo. He was detained in Iraq and released in 2004.
