The amount of time you spend obsessing over Pipeline’s every move is quite amusing. Phase one practices started this week for a limited number of teams.

The issue is that ECNL may not want to pick up a club that could fold due to a lawsuit. And you can call it a joke, but it’s survived dismissal motions by Pipeline and looks to be headed to trial (Coppermine is asking for $2-3mill to settle).

Does anyone know what happened with this lawsuit? Rumor has it that Pipeline is no longer allowed to participate in Elite-sponsored tournaments (e.g. OBGC, WAGS, all the SAC/Columbia tournaments). Any truth to that rumor?
