Men in your 50s, do you find women in their 50s attractive?

Anonymous
So the old men with bellies the size of cantaloupe and man tities have the audacity to opine on the attractiveness of 50+ women ....hey ladies not all men are like. I am a 33 years old guy and I think attractiveness is subjective. But a lot the men in the 50s with their sedentary lifestyle shouldnt be talking.

Let me clue you in, sweetie. Men DGAF about what women think about them. Women live and die about what men think of them. When they hit 40 its spoiled milk. You lost all power in the relationship. We all see it killing you on the inside.

Older women don’t care about losing power in the relationship because they have dropped the rope. They just don’t care anymore. It’s quite funny how wrong you are. I find most middle-aged men to be angry, self-important know-it-alls and generally unpleasant to be around. No thanks!

Haven't read the entire thread here. But yes as a man just over 50 I find women my age attractive. I still have my hair and abs, so while I don't expect you too look perfect, decent shape is a plus. I am also very active outdoors so I definitely show my age from being in the sun. I would have no worries about dating a women with wrinkles, I have them

Mid-50s male here, 6’1” and in good physical shape with a full head of hair. I find women my age, who are fit, interesting and take care of themselves, to be attractive. They tend to be sexually confident and know what they want in bed. That said, I’m not looking to be step-dad to her kids when parents are still hashing out grievances over their divorce. Thanks, but a hard no. I’m not interested in hearing what a shitty parent he was or still is. That is baggage that will drive men away quickly.

I can't tell whether she is single but I will try to get to know her and hopefully she is single cause she is hot. She did smile at me a couple of times but I'm sure she was just being nice lol. I know I sound like a teen but this beautiful lady is making act like one cause she is very beautiful.

And women in their 50s have something that most men in their 50s or even 40s which they had sex drive. Men peak early sexually whereas women are still horny and wet well into their 50s so for a guy thats a plus if he can keep up lol

? where are you getting your info from?

Women are hitting menopause around 50, which can kill the libido and make sex painful.

No
Im 54F very sexual
Keep fit, look great

that's great, but most 50+ women don't have a high libido, and need lubricants.

Hmm... maybe that has more to do with the 50+ men?

I don't know, I have a higher sex drive at 49 than I had 10 years ago.

your anecdotal evidence is just that.. anecdotal. Did your high libido kill some brain cells?

I get that you are trying hard to burn this poster at every opportunity (which is pathetic) but you sound very silly and immature.
If you are out of shape yourself you can change that! You really can.

Would prefer women in their 20s or 30s. Even if I financially support them.

This. Most men don’t get to make these choices when over 50. But a small percentage of elite men have, frankly, earned the right to date hot younger women. If they are highly successful professionally, can mentor younger women to their own success, and have maintained their fitness and silver foxhood then they can choose anyone from 18 on up.

That’s just the dating market at work. But if you’re going to go for a man like this, you better step up to the plate as you’re playing in the majors. Usually they are on a second marriage and have had multiple APs because of all the things that attract 22-year-old you. In a few years a younger hottie will come along, and you better make sure you enhance him so that he doesn’t go looking. Look at how hard Lauren Sanchez works to keep Bezos focused on her alone. She doesn’t take ANYTHING for granted, and her efforts have paid off handsomely.
So Bezos is engaged to Sanchez. If you were in his position, would you marry her?? He is 60 and has one child with previous wife. That isn't a Million dollar question.....that is a Billion dollar question. I'm 64 never married, even if he loves her, I just don't know about marriage with Sanchez.

Sanchez looks like a transvestite. Maybe Bezos is a closeted gay man? She is just super weird looking.

I'm actually not out of shape. 115lb size 2/4, 53 yrs old, but that PP is ridiculous. If she had any brain cells she'd know that low libido and dryness in women 50+ is pretty common. I can actually still get an o, though it's much less powerful and takes me much longer than when I was younger.

The high libido PP sounds immature, like they think most 50+ women are like 20 something year olds when it comes to libido and how "wet" they get. No, most older women aren't like that.

I’ve heard about women losing power in a relationship based on age since my friends and I were 25. It’s just a thing men say to try and put us down in hopes that we are so desperate we give you another look. No thanks, and given your response, I think you well know that you don’t hold the power.

DP, but you are delusional. Try attending a HS baseball/Soccer/Football game. The moms look like grandmas. If you think the men are Kowtowing to them, you are.... mistaken.

Let me make sure I have this- you think the mothers look like grandmas but the fathers don’t look like grandpas. In fact; the students’ older sisters want to date you?

I’m a 42yr old woman. The idea of dating someone 20 yrs older than me seems odd. I think of the long term. When I’m 62, you’d be 81. Do you find many 40 yr old women to date?

40 year old woman here and I was just thinking the same thing. 61 is too old for me. My limit would be about 53, but preferably 40-45.

I've dated men in their 60s and even 70s while I'm in my 30s. They are far more wise and gentlemanly. Age is just a number foreal, depending how you take care of yourself. It goes both ways.

The vast majority of men in their 60s and 70s are not attractive, nor would I have much in common with a 70 yr old.

My DH is 59.

-53 yr old female

Well you don't need the majority, just a few right I like hearing their stories of life adventures. Having things in common like books they've read, philosophical outlooks, social commentaries, travel experiences, new scientific research. More of an intellectual connection.

Absolutely. My kids have already graduated from college and self-sufficient. I’m extremely proud of them. I would not expect someone to step in to be their step-mother. My kids have a mother already. We get along and communicate regularly. We simply are not married any longer.
