Not to mention, shooting her while she is driving away not only puts her life at risk but the life of anyone she might have run over while dying. Plus those shots could have easily missed and hit a bystander. The thug was clearly just mad so he turned, and angled his shot her as she was driving away from him.

She wasn’t being pulled over. I’m speculating from various articles but police/ICE had told the car impeding the roadway to get out the road and she wasn’t complying. So they were pulling up to arrest her. Hence why they were at her car window telling her to get out and trying to open the door

He wasn’t hit. Slowed down close ups and stills show he was way from the car (which was moving slowly before she was shot - slow enough that the other officer had his hand inside the car).

And actually, if he was in front of the car, can we all recognize that he could have easily hit his fellow officer with that bullet? Verification he was in front of car, the other officer would be right next to him. So he would have endangered his fellow officer.

More likely, though, as the stills show, he was on the side of the vehicle and near his fellow office when he shot into the vehicle.

But let me ask you, even if yo watch the slow mo one and think he was hit, how do you think he was justified drawing his weapon? Because either way he was no longer in front of the vehicle (or if he was he recklessly endangered his fellow officers).

He should never have been in front of the car and he gun should not have been drawn. He should not have shot into a moving vehicle. He was incredibly reckless.
