The Arab countries should take them in. They have plenty of land and can build up to be stronger nations that can then be more equal with Israel.

Why should Palestinians be forced to leave their home and go elsewhere, in the first place? Because the zionists think god gave them the land thousands of years ago?

DP. No one should leave.

2 states. It’s way past time for the extremists on both f****** sides to accept this.

Israel will never allow a sovereign Palestinian state. Ever.

Carving up people into different religious nationalists doesn't work. The only solution is one state, no supremacy, and learning to live together.

You can't force two people who hate/fear each other to live together. Name one state in MENA where Jews are treated well. It won't happen until the Arab world learns to treat Jews as equals.

Jews were living successful lives in numerous nations in the middle east, but the Zionist used violence, bombings and secret agreements with foreign governments to force them out because they didn't want to leave.

https://mondoweiss.net/2023/07/zionism-is-an-ashkenazi-thing-how-zionism-engineered-the-expulsion-of-iraqs-arab-jews/

The Mizrahi Jews are the most rightward leaning demographic in Israel. They have living memory of life as a minority in MENA, and it’s existential for them to never be a minority again.

The Ashkenazi Jews are the ones who comprise most of the Jewish left.

Doesn’t speak well to how the Jews were treated in MENA.

Zionists also attacked Jews in Egypt, Morocco, and Yemen as well to make them flee. They were trying to populate their own country but Jews didn't want to leave. Many still remain in those countries today.

What's quite sad is how these non-European Jews have been treated. There are numerous books written about the discrimination they've experienced.

Mizrahi Jews have been subject to ghettoisation, cultural theft, and medical experimentation
The Yemenite Children Affair is where they stole Yemenite Jewish babies and forced them in European Jewish families.
Ethiopian Jews have a long history of being discriminated and were forcefully sterilized to keep their population down

This is not surprising because the history of Zionism is one of racism and White European supremacy

Oh give it a rest. Jewish attachment to the land goes back to 1200 BC.

So?

You don't get special dibs because you shared a myth with someone from thousands of years ago.

So… The history of Zionism is not about “white European supremacy.” Please read the thread so you can keep up.

Exactly, it's a settler colonial project meant to create a religious ethnostate at the expense and elimination of the indigenous Arab population.

And what about Hamas? They don’t allow the minority Christians or other non Muslims to have legal status or worship freely. What do you call that, a religious ethnostate at the expense of non Muslims?

Hamas is indefensible, of course, but why are you lying?

How is it that a woman and her mother were shot dead in the courtyard of a Catholic church by an IDF sniper (coward?) in Gaza during the early months of the genocide?

If Hamas doesn’t allow others to worship freely, how do you explain the existence of functioning churches?

The existence of churches doesn’t define whether a group can be worship freely. As I am sure you know, religious freedom is restricted in Gaza to those that support the Palestinian cause. Religious freedom is subject to political considerations, there is bias in hiring, discrimination claims are left uninvestigated etc.

Most of the indigenous Jewish people converted to Christianity and Islam and trace their ancestry to the Canaanites and represent the modern day Palestinians. They have much stronger claims to being the "chosen people" if you believe in that bullshit. Don't claim your god promised the land to people from Poland and Brooklyn 3000 years ago.

No, Jews are not ancestral canaanites. Go back to school.

They were nearly all IDF or former IDF. Most people count them as far less innocent than, say, newborn infants intentionally killed in incubators.

You know nothing. Spend ten minutes looking into the DOCUMENTED sport killing by IDF personnel in Gaza not just over the past 18 months, but throughout Gaza and the West Bank for decades.

And the status of U.S. student visas are apparently now contingent on whether or not the student expresses enough fealty and support to the Israeli cause.

Does that make us no better than Hamas? Or actually even far worse, since Israel is a foreign nation and we’re abducting individuals for exercising constitutionally-protected rights?

Hey, but seriously - what you just described … believe it or not, it’s even worse in Israel for non-Jews. Ever hear about Israeli administrative detention?

I’d love to snap my fingers and “end Hamas”, but you know and I know that such an objective cannot even be measured to Israel’s satisfaction, which is precisely why it’s being used … because Israel will never have to hold up their end of such a bargain.

They can just keep lying and saying that Hamas is still intact. And even if I could prove indisputably that Hamas has been eliminated, Israel would just move the goal posts.

We’ve all see this movie, amigo. The war won’t end until Israel’s intended outcome (walks like genocide, talks like genocide) is achieved.

Of course they are. IDF soldiers are great at bragging about their war crimes and sharing them on social media.

One of my favorites is the contest they had to see who could snipe more kneecaps of peaceful protesters. The winner IDF soldiers got 42 kneecaps including some kids too!

“They” means the individuals attending the festival. All adults, nearly all Israeli, which means what regarding their IDF status? Current or former members of IDF due to conscription, right?

Just a couple days ago from an IDF soldier

"Bro, it was like a computer game. We made them traps. We opened food cans and put them on the road. They immediately approached and we just sprayed them all, people were flying in the air. Now that we talk about it like that... Suddenly it sounds criminal""
