You all have no idea what you're talking about on the facts or rules. Honestly pathetic. Like an echo-chamber for idiots.

Ricky has entered the chat, folks!

You guys need a life. Fabrication all this crap. If you are a coach you should not be on the board. The board has many hypocrites and those going after Ricky are just as bad. Clear them all out.

Better to have all this time helping and coaching kids.

We're 32 pages in, you're going to have to be more specific.

If only this much energy and time could be given to fighting the corruption of the government and in this world… we all would be better off.

Most people aren't in a position to fight the corruption of the world, but can fight corruption in their little local sports organization! Be the change you want to see in the world .

Its amazing this guy Ricky hasn't resigned and slunk off in shame.

Mike's teams usually won and sometimes by large margins. The difference is his teams were good through time and training, not stacking. Mike would schedule optional extra practices and scrimmages on holidays and would always stay late at the batting cages or whatever. When he coached younger teams, he'd have optional practices year-round. And he promoted play broadly; he wasn't focused only on select players.

He's not my favorite personality, but you've got to respect his enthusiasm for baseball and willingness to put in the time.

How do you have optional practices year-round when new teams are formed every spring and fall season

Before Majors, there are no tryouts and drafts.

Kids are put on teams with others from their school when possible, and kids are put on the same team each season when possible.

At least that's how it was just a few years ago.
