| FBI took Biden's notebook today. Why? The notebook is private and not classified. |
| Kevin McCarthy says George Santos should not resign because his fate is up to the voters to decide. Isn't this also true of Biden? |
True as far as it goes to Biden's lies about his past. Not true as to the recently discovered classified materials. |
Why? |
If he jotted down classified information he was briefed on.... it IS classified. And, it will be interesting to see if any of the materials he had in his garage or office or at the Penn Biden center looks anything like the uncharacteristically detailed email his son sent regarding Ukraine prior to being hired on the board of Burisma. |
They both lied about their past. It is fair to leave it to the voter to decide if they are willing to close their eyes on it as long as the elected official doing a great job (which Biden does, so far he did outstanding job running the country). However, removing classified documents and keeping them for years is a crime, and anyone who has done it (including Trump and Pence) should resign and be prosecuted. |
You have a very poor understanding of the criminal law applicable here. |
If it is not criminal, what is that? Administrative law? |
What is what? There is administrative law about handling classified documents. Violating it is not a crime and you cannot be prosecuted. You might get fired, demoted, transferred, have your clearance revoked, etc. But none of that applies to the President. |
Citation for FBI taking a laptop today? |
| He should do the right thing and resign. |
|
Seems to be raining classified docs. Biden needs to declare that he is not going to run again at the very least.
