If I were listening to a Jen hatmaker podcast about sex, which I won’t be, I would much rather have heard about how a couple of 50 year olds are keeping it hot in a 25 year marriage than whatever she plans to say about herself and Tyler (ewwww). The Brandon defenders on here are wild.

So he's a one-and-done cheater, even though we've had people on this board from ANC (I'll never not look at that and think African National Congress instead of whatever their church was called) say he'd had more than one affair. As my Southern daddy used to say, "if they'll do it with you, they'll do it to you."

Jen's criticized--rightly!--for jumping into a serious relationship so soon after a divorce, but Brandon, AN ADDICT, is getting married and it's just "he's winning the divorce Olympics." Addicts aren't supposed to even date for at least a year after they start recovery. Their sobriety is so precarious in that first year that it has to be the primary focus. But here he is getting married to someone he started seeing really soon after the divorce and after he started recovery and no one sees red flags?

He's not over his addictions, whatever they were. At this point the best case scenario is he's a dry drunk.

He's a cheater who fu*ed up their money and y'all act like he was the one done wrong. Make it make sense.

Pages and pages on this board of red flags seen with rushing into it with Barbie. Almost as many red flag sightings as boob sightings on his Instagram. Almost.

ANC pp did say multiple affairs but all in the same short season while he was down spiraling after the golf cart death and whatever. Same season Jen confirmed she had not slept with him in forever. That’s probably where the sympathy for him is rooted. He was all in on being husband and father for 99% of their marriage. He’ll probably be faithful for 100% with Barbie, mainly because she looks like she’ll go Miranda Lambert on him if not.

The bigger issue has been Jen acting like A) all of this bad situation was done TO her and she’s a victim, but also B) she’s now better off for it and even selling online educational courses to coach other women to her level of awesomeness as a mom, businesswoman, spiritual guru, beauty product shill, sex goddess, and more.
A - she played just as big of a role as him in their demise and how it was all handled; her role was just different
B - the lies are astounding; more astounding is that anyone is buying

The only true thing in 3 years has been her cookbook. A labor of love and something she’s great at. And even that she chose to stamp with Tyler’s name which makes it as eye-roll-worthy as the rest of her nonsense.

Agree w this except the cookbook. I bought it and hate her writing and stories and the recipes don’t have measurements which I guess she was upfront about but I’m buying a. Cookbook TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. so a talented cook will study, measure and document their work. They make make it blind and on a whim but then they go back and recreate w notes. So I find it annoying. It’s got a lot of junk trash food which I guess she also disclosed.

She’s prob a good cook at home but she should not be in the professional lane if she’s not gonna do it professionally.

And when I buy a cookbook, I want a COOKbook. I don’t care about stories and your oh wonderful experiences that you think are so original and heartwarming and show what a kooky gal you are. And why would I want a photo album of your family? IIRC, it was something like 68 recipes and 200+ pages. Even with with full page pictures of the dishes, and large print, a third of that is just filler.

Jen has done more over the past five years to undermine and corrupt healthy woman’s relationships with their spouses, their children, their pocketbooks, their faiths, and their expectations than arguably anyone else. She’s a toxic monster and needs to be called out. Thank God this thread exists as she has safe safe spaced her social media presence to oblivion where no push back or criticism is allowed.

Jen likes to use the fruit of the vine as a good indicator if something is good, true, or beautiful. So let’s look at her fruit. A shattered marriage, a weird new and sudden romance that no one is buying with a clearly disinterested passive-aggressive social climber type in it for the clicks, red stripper pumps and bleach blond highlights and a blotchy red face from day drinking, and a constant and desperate effort at selling her “tribe” all sorts of shit no one needs.

If this is a healthy woman’s life than I want the clear opposite for both myself and for those I love. It sounds like darkness and hopelessness and no real freedom.

This here receives my second “Amen” of the last 24 hours. I’m not much with words I suppose, so Amen is my simple contribution of strong agreement. I am thankful for you women who can verbalize what the rest of us have been thinking. Makes me feel less crazy. I paid money to own Jen’s books and attend her live appearances once upon a time. She is hardly recognizable anymore. But it was her who did the 180, not her readers.
