I find it amusing! It's fun to see the SAHMs get their knickers in a twist trying to validate themselves by trashing WOHMs. We choose to have a 2 parent working household and have literally never questioned our decision. We also each spend a large quanity of quality time with our DC, together as a family, and with each other without the kids. When SAHMs say it can't be done I realize they are trying to justify their choices. It CAN be done and IS being done. I have no issues with any choice a family makes about working/SAH parents, but please stop kidding yourselves that it's impossible to have it both ways and have a healthy, happy family. It can be done, but you choose not to do it. Not biggie, but the "I have passions outside of work" poster is just delusional. It is your reason to SAH, but doesn't preclude someone from having both.
