Stevens worked on the Auto Bailout and saved Michigan jobs. People remember that (helped Biden get elected in 2020). She is not a terrible candidate. Michigan is moderate and I believe that she will get a ton of support from independents and win the Senate if she’s the nominee. I am from Michigan and my friends and sample who are still there support her.

Stevens was a glorified administrative assistant on the auto bailout. She didn’t do anything.

I agree with you and am annoyed that she’s giving up her House seat where she’s fabulous for this boondoggle. Early voting starts in just days and she only just put up the issues page of her website.

Even Greg Abbott is in a statistical tie with Gina Hinojosa right now, you’re correct about the current fedupedness of Texans.
