Because it sounds like there is a lot of vitriol

Sued for what? There are already lawsuits against Whittle for millions and millions of dollars and yet no money left to distribute.

For a sense of closure

Don't throw good money after bad. Why would a parent spend money on lawyers to sue WSS? It would just be more money down the drain. Even if they got a judgement, they would never see a penny from Whittle.

AG Racine may go after Whittle but he’s not going to sue the school’s parent committee. Get real!

What lawyers? My dude has defaulted on every suit against him in DC Superior Court. No attorney has even entered an appearance. And yet you think he has money for lawyers to monitor anonymous websites?

LOL I can see the complaint now:

WHEREFORE, plaintiffs pray that the Court grant them a sense of closure.

RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED

You know that’s not it, right? Trivializing won’t help.
I can think of several very good grounds. Inflict a lot of pain if nothing else. But I think they’ll settle.

Whittle is a no go

Did the parent committee legally have a fiduciary responsibility to the school? If not, there's no way they're getting sued.

You're missing the point. A settlement doesn't mean jack if there's no money to pay it.

I am sure these parents have buyer’s remorse. It would’ve been much cheaper to just pay full sticker price at a private school in the DMV Area. From what I am aware, they just wanted to make sure their kids can graduate or finish the current school year.

No kidding. People are saying cast the net wider and go after the parents and faculty pretending to be the big guys such as the infamous committee

That’s not in fact that important for the parents who are considering suing especially if they were playing a go between to parents

Please if you are a reporter, please come up with a more factual story regarding the now defunct Whittle School. WBJ was the only source that tried to factually report on the school. The two Wapo stories that came out this year was much more sympathetic to Chris Whittle’s narrative of the school facing hardships due to the pandemic when the main problem was Chris Whittle himself. Avenues had the right idea when it kicked him out. Besides, Chris Whittle is the type of person who never repays the money he borrows unless he gets sued. He got sued by Avenues and Sunny Varkey for not repaying money he borrowed. I remember when Chris Whittle sent out an email to Whittle families talking highly about his friendship with Varkey and that the merger was going to be great. Never happened and fast forward to today.

If you are a reporter please also cover how Bisgaard ended up getting a job at Maret after being involved in this fiasco called Whittle and despite two stellar female candidates who didn't get the job.

We don't want him!

I am equally interested in how Bisgaard was able to get interim HoS positions at three different schools after leaving Whittle.
