Actually, the study was done with ethnic sounding names. Those with common AA names received fewer calls for interviews. Nobody puts their race on a resume and even job applications don't specifically ask for it. Do employers still hand out the optional EEO form where you can specify a race? I'm not even sure that's done anymore. |
