If you have to find a camp for your kid while you work, why not a soccer camp? Not sure I understand the skepticism here.

Sorry, I don't mean to be. I don't need the camp because of work or anything. And I agree, if I needed a camp, why not a soccer camp. But I'd like to put him in a camp this summer and I'm trying to determine where he'll get the best instruction. There are Dutch School camps, Coerver camps, AC Milan camps, Barcelona camps, etc and then I'm seeing this residential camps. I don't want to pay for a big name soccer camp if it's mostly about bonding. I'm sure I can find one of those for cheaper if that makes sense. I understand you aren't going to go into a camp and come out the next Messi, but I'd like to at least try to find one that's best for the money with good instruction.

If your looking for a one or two week camp that is the best for the money you will be disappointed with the big name camps, in my experience they are mostly here to make money and promote their brands. My kid had a good time at them but asked not to go again due to the brutal summer heat on turf, for 6 plus hours. He just did not have much fun because it is always so hot and they always play on turf which makes it even hotter, fine for an hour or two but not a full day. I would find a club that offers some kind of development program in the evenings for an hour or two, a couple days a week all summer long. You would get more consistent training over the whole summer, many clubs offer this type of program for summer now.

So which soccer mom's are having affairs?
Sluttiest club based on the moms?
Which club has the hottest dads?

These are truly the questions I want answered and discussed.

BRYC was a top club without ECNL or DA. They are going to do some amazing things with ECNL. I'd expect a lot of the talented soccer players in the area will consider trying out there. Hopefully not any of my daughters team ?

They have had a fantastic woman's program for ages--back with Mia Hamm, Jill Ellis, etc.

so previously soccerwire announces an alliance between 4 local ccl clubs, including bryc, to send players to a new wash spirit-VA girls DA, and then they announce that L. BEST from BRYC is going to be involved in this new VA girls DA, but today they announce Best's excitement that BRYC is going to ECNL, meanwhile across the country, a few clubs are rejecting their da invites and sticking with ECNL, is this correct? i try to add this up and the PP seems right, girls DA is falling apart. Did Best throw in the towel on girls DA?
