I wish I could find it, but Biden does MUCH better among the voters who like neither candidate. Let's be honest - there are a LOT of them.

You might be thinking of the Steve Kornacki analysis on MSNBC. This article summarizes.

In 2016, among voters who disliked both candidates, 47% voted of such pollees voted for Trump. Only 30% of such pollees voted for Clinton.

In Kornacki's analysis, he said that currently 60% of pollees who dislike both candidates are planning to vote for Biden. Only 10% of such pollees plan to vote for Trump.

Thanks from me, too! Esp since I pray to gd, real hard, that Biden wins, and I appreciate every shred of evidence that could happen.

Third parties are going to impact this. Esp Amash if he gets steam and whatever loon the Greens put up Stein or someone else.

Plus the campaign hasn't started yet. There is going to be tons of negative ads before this is over. Point being the negative stuff on Biden hasn't started yet.

Yes, November is a long way away, but a lot of people have already made up their minds.

Green's are going to put up Hulk Hogan.

Is this a joke? I thought you said Hulk at first, at least he is green colored.

Meh. I can't base my happiness on whether Bernie Bros looking for any excuse to stay home/vote Green, the perpetually offended subset of Blacks and other minorities looking for an excuse to stay home (looking at you, Cornel West!), Midwestern moderates who aren't fully woke to abortion on demand/there being 47 genders, or apathetic young folks who can't be bothered to stop social media influencing/playing video games can be arsed to vote this November.

I'll show up in November (or mail my ballot in, or whatever) and vote for Biden, and would do so if I lived in VA (where I used to live) or PA (where I might enjoy living) - I live in MD where a protest vote might actually make sense.

Would Biden be the better choice for the entire country? Absolutely. Would I be thrilled if Trump went down 1980 style? Absolutely.

But I gotta live in a Trump-colored world, and I grew up in Trump country.

I'm not about to cut off my family (including my wife no less!) and my roots for people I don't know, if they can't even be bothered to show up and vote.

I have to be willing to accept that my thesis - that voting Democratic would be better for the young and for members of disadvantaged groups - is not shared by actual young people and members of those disadvantaged groups.

And then what?

Yes, the dumbest thing is not voting. I am tired of the every candidate is beneath me BS.

DP here. Half a joke. Jesse Ventura was considering running as a Green, but I think said no today. Hulk Hogan is still available, but my money is on Rose McGowan.

I 100% disagree. Not voting is a type of vote. A vote that neither candidate was worth the effort.

That is not looking good for Biden. As the opposition candidate in a country with a manifestly derelict leader, one who has been impeached and who lies blatantly every day, he should be polling much, much better.

I really don't understand why he's the Democratic candidate. He's really not sharp enough. This should be an easy win. Democrats keep shooting themselves in the foot, with extreme or dumb candidates. Why can't they choose someone moderate, younger, and more charismatic???????
