Why is Blake Lively so overrated?

No now they write books to complain, whine, and point fingers.

And this is why Angelina Jolie requested messages between Brad and them. I would not be surprised if they team up in the future for this. This is incredibly damaging. Very proud of Blake for this!

She cannot undo that mean interview. She was horrible to the reporter. So bratty. Also the wealth different between her and the actor/director is huge. She is the one who wants to destroy someone. She should have just let it go and work on being nicer. Beyond this actor other actors and media have said she is difficult.

Hey if she's going down then she should take these fools with her.

It is unclear exactly how Mr. Wallace operated. There are references in emails to “social manipulation” and “proactive fan posting,” and text messages cite efforts to “boost” and “amplify” online content that was favorable to Mr. Baldoni or critical of Ms. Lively.

“We are crushing it on Reddit,” Mr. Wallace told Ms. Nathan, according to a text she sent Ms. Abel on Aug. 9.

The next day, one of Ms. Nathan’s employees texted, “We’ve started to see shift on social, due largely to Jed and his team’s efforts to shift the narrative.”

Yes, this was clear. I think she has a strong case and will prevail. He created a toxic environment on set, and after.

I eyerolled when I saw the headline but if you read the complaint it is very damning against director and his team, and also fascinating description of how media and information can be manipulated. So please read the complaint before you judge BL.

Well the it wouldn’t be much of a complaint if the lawyers didn’t have you feeling that way after reading their handiwork.
So please read all the legal documents and hear all the evidence before you judge. That is the American legal system, after all.

I don’t really get it. The nytimes article is mostly about the PR side. I’d imagine it would be ruthless because isn’t it the entire point in this sort of two sides situation, making your “enemy” look bad? Ultimately Baldoni’s PR pushed forward and exploited things that Blake Lively did do: mean interviews, tone deaf, bad promotion. What matters most is did he actually do the things on set she accused him of? If so, it is despicable, he should lose in court and not work again. If not, she is just playing the same ruthless PR game.

Rolling your eyes at someone doesn't mean sexual harassment is ok. What's wrong with you?

Yeah, this is really eye-opening and makes me want to go live off the grid. We’re just constantly being manipulated and we don’t even realize it. And then when presented with information like this, where they’re literally laughing about it, we still don’t want to change our position because that would make us feel duped.

At the very least, people should be more open-minded to hearing her side of things.

She’s not powerless in the industry, he’s not a big name, makes it harder for her to look truthful and sympathetic.

No, it really doesn't. That's just your bias at play. Are you always a rigid thinker?

Plaintiff’s lawyer, actually. Just offering a view from the jury consultant.

Oh ok. I guess it's ok to get your lip sucked inappropriately if you're unkind to a reporter. She deserved it?

So what she's rude, does that make it okay for them to strategize a system to bury her in their own words

Read her lawsuit. She was sexually harassed by Baldoni and a producer on set. I have had sexual harassment training at work, and their behavior was classic sexual harassment. Good for Blake for standing up for herself and not putting up with the unprofessional behavior of Baldoni and his producer.
