Quite simply because as I have said, I did not see that part of the post and because you and your merry band have spent hundreds of posts now vilifying Islam, but as far as I now know, that immigrant poster spent one post stating Shia are not Muslim. What you and your merry band of three have done to all of Islam is far, far worse than that immigrant poster has done. Bottom line.

Different poster here. OK, you've made hay about four posts:
1. Somebody called Mohammed a pedophile back in August.
2. Somebody called Islam "barbaric" on September 6 or 7.
3. Somebody said that the reason Muslima posts a picture of a veiled woman because she wants to garner sympathy. (Originally, you claimed this poster told Muslima to remove her veil, but people produced the original post and showed you had made that up.)

Do us a favor. Identify some more of these "hundreds of posts vilifying Islam."

Oh wait, people were merely disagreeing with you about things like how to define women's equality, or whether Islam gave women the vote 1400 years ago, or whether the conversion rate exceeds the immigration rate. In your mind, that's equivalent to "vilifying" Islam. Got it.

I think religious statements are factual to those who believe in them.

So arguing over the "facts" makes one an Islamaphobe? I think we are getting closer to the heart of the thing....

No, refusing to watch youtube links she provided does...

Interesting reading vis-a-vis the use of the term microaggression:

I confess to googling the word, too. I'm sure different people use it different ways, and I'm sure some of these ways are absolutely sincere (I'm a liberal, after all). I'm also sure that OP uses the word "micro-aggression" to bully people (along with name-calling and threats of exposure by Harvardians), in other words, to try to squelch any debate or inquiry into her claims/posts.

I thought the examples of micro-aggressions that boiled down to MIL saying "bless you" in response to sneezing and wishing someone a Merry Christmas were dumb. That's what my observant Muslim DH said, anyway.

This is yet my favorite bit of that poster's writings.

"So you never even watched the links I provided? HA! Wow! You just exposed yourself as an Islamophobe and Islam hater!"

That's the one for the ages.

Long, but interesting article on microaggression. It used a useful term: "eggshell plaintiff." So we have an eggshell OP rooting out microaggressions that by definition can't be seen by plain sight --no wonder they are "subtle." After reading this article I definitely believe that refusing to view hour long videos she posts, let alone criticizing her for posting them, would seem to be a microaggression to the Eggshell and clearly constitute Islamaphobia.

I am now feeling quite sorry for Eggshell that we have challenged her views on equality for women in Islam, her version of the loyalty oath, etc Clearly the challenges constitute multiple microaggressions that are far too much for her thin skin to take.

Interestingly, as we see in the article, the eggshell plaintiffs are very capable of letting loose with no repercussions on those they view as having committed microaggressions to the point where they about lose their jobs. At UCLA, at least these macroaggressions go unpunished, and even are rewarded. It is no wonder OP thought nothing of calling us STD carrying miniskirted grannies whose progeny are drug addicted and porn addled.

How do you peg OP's behavior, all the name-calling, the threats to expose people, the threats that we'll soon be overrun by Muslim converts, as the behavior of a victim vs. a bully?

Here are some videos you must watch. What, you didn't watch them? Islamophobe!

Yusuf is my favorite scholar. What, you're telling me he disagrees with his own boss? You gap-toothed STD-ridden slut!

There are more Muslim converts than immigrants. What, you think Pew says I'm wrong by a ratio of 4::1? I know I'm right anyway. I'm going to start a whole new thread on Beware of Islamophobes like you!

Victim or bully? It's not obvious to me.

That's the great thing about being an Eggshell. Call out anything as racist microaggression and you are the victim. If you are the Eggshell victim of microaggressions you are then entitled to commit macroaggressions with impunity against the racist microaggressors.

This IS the heart of the problem with Islam (and many religions for that matter but seems to really emanate from Islam).

I couldn't believe Muslima would post this but it was a short concise statement of how she views religion. My religion is fact because I believe.

In some cases, it's an eggshell personality.

In other cases, it's pure manipulation. A bully hiding behind claims of victimhood.

Yes--I think that was the point of the long article. Eggshell plaintiffs are bullies hiding behind claims of victimhood.

And we all know what the law says about the eggshell skull theory, don't we? Plaintiff is almost always liable.
