this is exactly what is happening. Especially in Virginia where a governor cannot serve consecutive terms, they're always looking for their next job on day 1, and it doesn't look like Kaine or Warner are going to retire any time soon.

this is exactly what is happening. Especially in Virginia where a governor cannot serve consecutive terms, they're always looking for their next job on day 1, and it doesn't look like Kaine or Warner are going to retire any time soon.

The people who live there don't want one!! How difficult is this to understand? Any state laws that threaten local control over zoning is a threat to everyone. Right now it is Fairfax county, but special interest groups will use their donations in Richmond to push through something that will ruin your community next. This is like a 90/10 issue in Fairfax and one ultra wealthy person should not be able dictate what happens in a county against the will of the local residents who actually live there.
