But the reality is that even if we cut off Israel completely, Muslim extremists would still still hate America. Why? They hate all westerners and our western ways.

ICYMI: anyone bananas enough to kill in the name of religion hates all of us normal people. They basically only accept those who adhere to their special breed of religious fanaticism. Moreover, they don’t need to sneak into the country because some of them are already here.

Israel has had many people who kill in the name of religion.

Don't forget that their current minister of national security is a religious extremist who has repeatedly praised Baruch Goldstein, who massacred 29 innocent people and wounded over 100 more in the name of religion.

Shortly before the murder of Rabin, Ben-Gvir stole the car ornament from Rabin's car and said "We got to his car, and we'll get to him too."

And he has an actual conviction for supporting terrorism.

And my biggest concern is my safety and the safety of my country…America.

My prior post focused on the threat of religious extremism and terrorism—primarily the threat to America and the West. Are you not worried about that very real threat? I find it interesting that you seem more concerned with Israel. As an American, I don’t have any fear of Israel or Israelis attacking America. I do worry about getting drawn into yet another war in the part of the world where countries use religion to manipulate and control people…and where basic human rights aren’t a thing…and where barbaric beliefs and practices are routine…and terrorism is a good way for poor men to make a living…and the common enemy is Israel followed by the USA and the West writ large.

To be clear: nobody enjoys the ridiculous nonsense that fuels continuous bloody wars over there. But as an American, I don’t have a dog in this fight. I wish they would evolve and be better. Until then, my priority remains my safety and that of America and the West. YMMV.

Did you know that Israel and the IDF killed more Americans - intentionally, lest you get get confused - in one naval attack in the 1960s than have been killed by Palestinians and Syrians COMBINED across every year of human history? Didn’t think so.
