Underused method to catch cheaters

It's a myth that cheaters are cheating due to sexless marriages. My ex and I were having sex every day. Except when he travelled for business, in which case he was having sex with any number of OW sometimes two at once.

They never used phone/text. Started with a burner email and fake name in dating site. But- they then used Skype chat/messaging so there was no trace on phone bills.

Having sex with your spouse doesn't mean anything. Cheaters have different morals/values which they can easily mask. Why many cheaters pick naive spouses. They are often predatory individuals. There's a reason they pick a individual they can fool.

I was with a cheater back in the pager days. First clue was being overly secretive with his pager, and promptly erasing the numbers. Other signs, but I bought a pager exactly like his. Even put a few scratch marks on mine, then switched them both out for a few days at a time. He was getting a code from someone, not the full number. That prompted me to follow him in my friends car, yep we caught him right away.

Stop. The spouses are not naive. Quit spreading falsehood. These f@cks are borderline that fool everyone. Someone in a 20+ year marriage with a spouse that is always where they are supposed to be, not spending nights or weekends away USE the persons trust against them. Nobody spends 20 years of marriage when they have jobs and kids with gos magnets on their spouses cars or key loggers on their computers. You can have their phone passwords and not find anything. It’s 2021.

Yeah pre-smart phone, pre-email, pre-interent (much less pre-craigslist and pre-internet dating sites, pre-affair websites), pre Skype and messaging systems that leave ZERO trace on a phone bill or a text trail. You can have your spouse's email and phone passwords and you won't find anything. Cheaters don't even use their phones or text to communicate, honey. They can hack their iphone location. Years ago when I had an Ap I was smart about it he was dumb. He's the smartest man I know but a terrible cheater. Paid for our hotel rooms with his credit card. He thought it was fine because they kept all of their finances separate. I wasn't surprised when he called me pissed that she went through his bills and saw the expensive meals.

He thought he was smart. Including washing his face and genitals before he headed home. My ex on the other hand suspected but never had proof. I have a very high sex drive and for the first time in almost a decade I began saying no thanks. Everything he did repulsed me after I found out about his two affairs. He said what I did was worse because I was with my ap for years and he was with his aps for a few months. I don't see the difference we were both trash.

I eventually got tired of being physically and emotionally abused. I left for good when he sexually assaulted me. The only gps I used was garmin I had an erratic work schedule which helped.

Yep. We had sex several times per week and he banged some old married Internet whore once a month at her house over his lunch break.

I am glad you admit you both were trash. Most cheaters don't have that self-awareness.

Do people still hire private investigators? Ten years ago friend hired a pi to follow her XH. The pi was good, caught audio and video of him with AP at bars, restaurants, checking into hotels, and going TDY together. Eventually she sent all this to both his federal agency boss and his Army reserve unit commander while at the same time dropping the divorce papers on him. Turned out AP also worked in the same agency. Both had TS clearances which they lost. She ruined his life which is fair for how he mistreated her.

Read comprehension and the point which you missed. I agree with all the messaging systems etc. Waste of time. Simply have them followed which will nip it quickly, and/or use gps. Easy to catch a cheater then and now.

I think the point you are missing. Most often there are ZERO signs. Nobody is sitting around on their pager or phone and they aren't spending overnights or extended time at the Office. There is no reason to have them followed. The telltale 'signs' of yesteryear aren't there.

I also had the thrill of seeing the look on the OW’s face when I showed up at her house at family dinner time ..with her husband on the porch and her trying to shoo him inside. Not was great to see her shaking like a leaf after contributing to the hell I had been through. Here: have some sleepless nights and the ability to not swallow food too!
