As facial recognition technology improves and storage costs go down, monitoring parts of the DMV where couples having affairs tend to go together and then matching up with data on government employees/specifically people with high-level clearances (which obviously there was a big leak of) in order to blackmail them is going to be more feasible. But that's a pretty specialized use case.
