Monica Yuhas works for the Village of Pleasant Prairie. Does that name ring any bells?

Read the letter from 8 other members of the Board of Supervisors.
And, then, gear up for a character assassination of them too.
Astounding that you seem to think a request by this group is not warranted.

I read the letter. Do not make assumptions or assumptions about what I think. BTW, why didn’t they all sign the letter if the Board of Supervisors are all in agreement?

What are the changes he would have said the same thing if the 17 year old had been black? Be honest now.

We saw this recycled argument used by Trump in Portland.

Glad the left is amplifying this message.

No, the Republican National Covention is amplifing this message. They love everything about it.

Like the radio stations, Carlson is guilty of incitement to genocide. This is not the first time, it's not the last time, and the vulgarity will increase and become less coded if allowed to continue.

It is also extremely troubling that there have been a number of shootings during riots over the last few weeks.

Why wasn't there outrage then?

Listen, unless you want to admit that right wingers have been the heart and soul of these violent riots - tailor made for scared and angry white people to get more scared and more angry about, all while blaming peaceful protestors and black people - no one wants to talk anything with you. The fact of the matter is that this little underage POS crossed state lines with a weapon in order to go hurt people. He’s not the police. He has zero legitimate business to be there, and here you are, basically defense for him. He’s a terrorist. There is no defense for this.

And just perhaps if the police weren't horrible people who injured and killed black people all the damn time with no consequence, maybe the majority of America wouldn’t be so disgusted with them.

Huh. We’re you as outraged and disgusted over what Marquis Love did?

This is the obvious escalation from the right wing. The McClowskis were waving guns around like idiots with no discipline and they were given a spot in the RNC. What did we expect? This kid, in the conservative ethos, is a hero and expect them to see him as a martyr.

Wow - that’s some impressive cognitive dissonance!

Trump offered to send in more officers.

Governor Evers declined the offer.

What would these officers do that the National Guard can't?

What would Trump's special officers do that the National Guard can't?

Oh, I don't know. Maybe make arrests and charge them with federal crimes? Like they have in other cities.

At least 217 people have been charged with a federal crime, and more than 1,000 arrests have been made in major metropolitan cities since the Department of Justice launched Operation Legend in July, U.S. Attorney General William Barr announced on Wednesday.

Nearly 400 firearms have been seized by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Barr launched Operation Legend on July 8 as “a sustained, systematic and coordinated law enforcement initiative in which federal law enforcement agencies work in conjunction with state and local law enforcement officials to fight violent crime,” the DOJ said in a release.

Trump doesn't need the mayors permission or governor's position to send the FBI to assist with federal crimes. Why would he pretend otherwise?

You folks are hysterical.

Let's recall the reaction by the left when he sent federal agents to Portland.

And, those working on Operation Legend are not just FBI.
It clearly states "Federal law enforcement agencies."

“Hysterical” is exactly the right word. The left keeps insisting Trump “do something.” But whenever he does, the same morons call him out for it. Why are they so incredibly stupid? It’s almost as if... they WANT this violence to keep occurring, with no consequences for the criminals. No, that couldn’t be it...

That said, the full context of Carlson's comments are somewhat reasonable. All over twitter is JUST an 11 seconds of him talking, out of context. He did that purposefully. He knew the left would do that and draw attention to what he said.

He's pretty damn smart. Too bad he doesn't care how much he hurts the country.

If he can take 11 seconds and sound like he’s excusing murder, he might just be excusing murder.

He's not excusing murder. He said the jury will decide his fate.

He basically said "Are we surprised that a kid thought it would be wise to try to control the situation because adults weren't?" Even out of context, it's not that an absurd of a question. Kids are dumb. 17 year old males think they have the answers. It's not a surprise that this has happened in America.

Exactly this. Trust liberals to twist what he said into “excusing murder.”

He is right. Maybe Democrats should get a clue and accept Trump’s offered help.

Oh so it's acceptable for a kid to act violently if he feels threatened and in an out of control situation?. Interesting.

We know what he said. We know why he said it. I guess the only think missing is a 17 year old white kid is stupid but not the 17 year old black kid. The black kid is a thug and should be charged as an adult. The white kid... Oh look he is so cute let’s let him go home and think about what he has done. Maybe we will take away his cell phone...for a week?

Um, what? Who thinks this kid is “cute”? Are you really that deranged? Of course he should be charged with murder, just as anyone who deliberately kills someone should be - regardless of their race. Get help. You clearly need it.

They could kill some more protesters or just random people walking down the street? Oh how about making a few people disappear into trump’s gulags?

Are liberals actually surprised at the shootings? What do you expect will happen when elected officials don’t step in to protect property and lives?
Good people with guns step in to do the police’ job.
That’s what happens.
