not up to code! That's crazy. I have friends who live in Gtown in a row house where the floors slant.They have a postage sized powder room where your knees touch the pedestal.

I agree that you should find another plumber/installer that will work with you - or you do it yourself.

Oh, and i'm team vanity for a powder room. We have a small bathroom too and it fits it just right.
