Crash Landing - Netflix Korean subtitles

I really liked My First First Love. It’s a Rom Com.

I think I saw a show mentioned on a reddit thread that someone likened to Korean "Succession", I wish I had saved the name.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Itaewon Class?

Thanks for to the poster who mentioned viki.com.

I'm currently watching "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim?" right now, really love it so far (on episode 10). It's a romantic comedy. After I finish this, I'm going to watch "Stairway to Heaven," which was the movie mentioned several times in Crash Landing.

All, Twogether is so good! It’s a variety show, with a Korean and Chinese celebrity who travel around SE Asia to meet their fans. It’s really cute and light - they are funny. Perfect summer show.

This show is so sh!tty. Great first episode then spirals down after that. So cheesy

I found enough depth to keep my interest and ultimately really enjoyed Crash Landing. I've tried many other Korean and Chinese shows on Netflix and Viki and haven't found anything I could watch past the first 20 minutes or 2 episodes.

We watched "Crash Landing" as a family, everyone was into it, my 8-year-old even agreed to read subtitles. Then we watched "Hi Bye Mama," but DH and the 8-year-old peeled off after a couple episodes. (Too much crying and too much rehashing.)

I loved Crash Landing On You! There was excellent chemistry between the main characters, and I really enjoyed the North Korean soldiers, they were funny and endearing.

I watched Chocolate and thought it was okay, not nearly as good as Crash Landing.

Any other recs on Netflix or Viki? I started Secret Garden, an older show with Hyun Bin, but couldn't get into it. Has anyone seen The King: Eternal Monarch with Lee Min-Ho? I was thinking I may try that next.

I’m trying The King next, Lee Min Ho is enough to convince me, a friend liked it also.

I just finished watching Guardian: The Lonely and Great God on viki.com. I think this might be my favorite Korean drama now. It is so good. I liked it better than Crash Landing and I loved that series. The chemistry between the cast is fantastic. One moment you'll laugh, the next moment you'll cry. Highly recommend it!

I have Guardian and Descendants of the Sun up next on my Viki list. I was holding up a little to see if a US streaming service would pick them up just because it's easier to watch w/o commercials.

Descendants of the Sun is also streaming on Hulu.

I subscribed to the Viki Pass so I could watch everything commercial free. There are so many shows and movies on there that aren't on US streaming services.

What did you think?

I loved it. Only wish there was another season.

Had to track down Lee Min Ho in another seriesI recommend, “The Legend of the Blue Sea.”

I am now watching Guardian, since it was recommended here. I love the Grim Reaper, but I am having a hard time getting past the age difference of the two main characters. She is just too young. Anyone else out there watch this one?
