Not in an apartment. |
They can also just stop smoking. They won’t get evicted just fined. As someone trying to raise my kids in a condo building in the city that is about half owner occupied (including us), I’d love it if nobody could smoke. We have tried the appropriate avenues to get our stoner and smoker neighbors to keep the smoke in their units but for some reason they cannot. Now my young children have constant exposure and we are being forced to move out. F those antisocial clowns. |
You sound like the kind of smoker who tosses their cigarette on the sidewalk or out the car window. Nasty. |
would you be okay with making opiate addicts homeless ? |
whats it like being a hateful bigot ? |
so only wealthy people should be able to? |
I don't have rugs or get my clothes dry cleaned. |
If they're affecting other people, yes. I don't care what anyone done in life. I hope they take care of their health and themselves, but I draw the line at affecting other people. Which smoking does. If you don't want to be evicted, explore your other options - including quitting. |
They can't smoke in an apartment either. |
+1 So nasty. |
Ah, so you're a smoker and a litterer? Extra nasty. |
| Then if that smoke outside you’ll complain about smelling it outside and want that banned too |
wealthy people in vs don’t live in apartments .this isn’t manhattan |
*insert tiny violin* |
| Serious question: is there any state in the country that does this? |
