I'm a POC, and smoking (all kinds--cigarettes, pot, cigars, whatever) is disgusting and nauseating. It doesn't stay within your own walls and affects neighbors negatively.

What about low income, POC people who DON'T want to smell their neighbors smoke? Not everyone can afford a SFH in the burbs. Why force non-smoking people to suffer?

How do you reconcile legalizing pot then banning it in apartments and condos? It will be illegal to use pot in public.. do only rich people should be able to use pot?

So then, don't smoke it - find another way to get your drug into your system.

I honestly don't care what you smoke or where, as long as you don't force other people to ingest your grossness.

If you need to get high regularly that banning smoking pot in buildings is an issue for you, you might consider that you have a problem with it.
