Money, money, money. Lobbyists don't get paid the big bucks to be ethical good people. And it's not like we don't have people and substances pouring over the border every day. All it would do is open up a new fresh market for black market trading and mules. Everyone will always be allowed to bring in their personal amount, so people will just pay others to walk them across the border. |
