Hate crime on metro yesterday

Damned if I know why that kid is being charged and unless you plan on posting some info and a link so I can assess that incident I can’t tell you - but that’s on you I’m not doing your work for you. We’re talking about this incident on a public train not a rant on a privately owned website that has stipulations about what is/isn’t protected speech. In the good old days the cops would have used a nightstick to do a little attitude adjustment with someone like that. No one should have to tolerate social deviancy, especially on public transportation.

Speech is rarely a crime, PP. Disorderly conduct if it goes on long enough and is too loud, but that's about it.
