As for the special Olympics , it's inconsequential ,heavily subsidized me-too event with little to no value at all. It's not like you actively keep up with them anyway

You really need to educate yourself more on Eunice Kennedy Shriver. You sound bitter. Patrisha Wright's work could not have happened without a ton of other stuff happening before that. Eunice paved the way. It took an army, not an army of 1 ... but Eunice was a huge reason for all the laws being passed.

The Kennedy curse is crazy. I think its just that this family takes risks and lives on the edge.

Take a look at Rory Kennedy, the youngest daughter of Ethel:
-She was born 5 months after RFK's assassination. She never met her father.
-Her godfather, Michael LeMoyne Kennedy, was RFK's brother. Rory talked daily with him, they were best friends.
-Michael LeMoyne Kennedy died in a ski accident. Rory was with him at the time, gave him CPR, but couldn't revive him.
-JFK, Jr was flying to Rory's wedding at the Kennedy compound when his plane crashed. The tent erected for the wedding became the family gathering place as they mourned. Her wedding was delayed.

I mean, all of this is crazy. I can't imagine another family that has so much random trauma in their lives.
