Romney is not switching parties. It's time to stop with this childish fantasy and actually get serious about getting Trump out of office. You get to pick among the Democrats who are running, or you are picking Trump. |
That you actually believe this idiocy just shows how well and truly out of touch you are. Good luck. |
And these people were beside themselves when Trump called third world countries “shitholes.” |
Biden/Warren |
I'd be great with that. Though I suspect Biden needs someone younger and probably not white on his ticket. |
I’m never voting for a GOP candidate or former GOP candidate ever again. Never ever. Ever. Romney was as pitiful as any of them, begging for a job for Donald. |
Harris Warren, Warren Harris. I don’t understand the Stockholm Syndrome among the Democrats in which we just believe whatever crap the corporate mainstream media and the gop tells us. Neither Warren nor Harris nor most of the democratic candidates are at all far left and much of America supports some sort of government healthcare for all option, doing something about tuition, doing something about the environment, etc. |
Yep. He's going to get re-elected. Next topic? |
No, he is not going to get reelected. Every time he gives one of these disgusting speeches he whips his sweaty followers into a frenzy - and turns more people away. Every one of these speeches may as well be a Democratic GOTV effort. We should be paying him to give more of these speeches, because every single one of them makes us more likely to win.
He's not winning anyone new with this dangerous, disgusting schtick. |
Romney will never be a Dem. There aren't enough Rs who are willing to dump trump. I am an Independent, former R, and I switched to R during the primaries to vote for someone other than Trump. I am going to do that again, but I don't think there are enough R to not vote for trump in the primaries. We need the Independents -- PA, WI, MI... And yes we need moderate candidates, not super progressive liberals. I thought Biden was supposed to be the one who could beat Trump? |
One would hope so, but too many Americans are blind to Trump's deplorableness -- I know that's not a real word. |
Yeah. We are a country founded on racism. Some people are still arguing over the Civil War. But he does not have a big base. He won by a hair last time. He has not - by any account I've seen - picked up new support. We just need to turn out more people this time, and we win. And I think - I believe - these horrific fascist rallies help ensure that there will be more turnout to vote against him. I could be wrong! I could be very wrong. But I just don't see how this wins him new voters. It's the same gross schtick from before. It's incredibly polarizing. People who love it love it - but there are a lot of people who don't, and who are just tired of this sh*t. |
+1. USA Today poll: 68% believe Trump’s tweets were offensive 59% believe Trump’s tweets are “un-American” 65% believe what Trump said is racist, including a plurality of Republicans (45-34%) |
maybe I am just a pessimist, but I just don't have a good feeling about it. Dem leaders haven't done a good job of muffling the far left which is a turn off to most Dems, who are largely not far left. The fringe of the far left are too loud, like the fringe of the far right. It's drowning out moderates. |
These polls mean nothing. Some people may not agree with what he says , but they still support him. |
