You’re just making stuff up. Megan moved to Arizona and Shannon resigned of her own initiative. |
| Y Not get Jim gabarra to get the Ulittles back on track |
Meggan told me she was going to be the Age Group coordinator for this past year last spring. After tryouts in the spring something happen and she was demoted. It looks like the club gave those two a soft landing. What you think it’s just a coincidence? Sure
|
And then reality set in after she actually birthed the baby. Stop spreading rumors. They left of their own accord, and the BSC girls program is going to have even more of a sh** year because of the turmoil. |
Yeah. Stop spreading fake news. Meggan moved to Arizona to be closer to her family after giving birth to her baby. |
Based upon your warped, condescending and fake news personality, I’m sure Meggan told you lots of things............ |
LOL truth hurts. |
| Hopefully we hire someone who can get The club back in track, it has been bad for a while |
If you think it has been bad, why haven't you left yet? Trapped by ECNL? |
| Better hire someone soon, players may be looking else where before getting locked in for new season. |
| How odd that it was not done before tryouts? Even with the hire of the MRM Coach, they club advised all parties involved well before tryouts. The only thing protecting Bethesda is that there are not enough strong clubs in the area. If Bethesda was in the Baltimore/Annapolis area, players would have bolted to MD United, Pipeline or other high quality clubs. Sadly, the only viable option is McLean or Arlington. |
| TDs or coaches are usually fired after the try-outs, once the parents have paid for the next season and cannot move elsewhere (or follow the fired people if they liked them). |
Shannon quit. She was not fired. |
Yes. She quit. Hence, the clubs have no control as to when a coach, Director or a key staff member quits. I think it’s about time that Shannon moves on to bigger/better pasture anyhow. She’s been a Director of Coaching for the Girls for years. She now could move onto another club’s Technical Director (both boys & girls) or Executive Director position. |
She was with Bethesda for 4 years. She could easily have taken the ED role at Bethesda, if she wanted it. She has gotten involved in some boards for national youth organizations. Maybe her interests lie in a more national role. I hope so. |
