If you have young children, have you contemplated divorce?

The marriages I know that are ending in divorce inevitably involve cheating. There’s always another women or man involved.

The ones where I am aware of a serious issue and it resulted in divorce were verbal abuse situations that escalated until the wife woke up that it was abuse and/or felt unsafe. These were very educated, successful career-wise, have-it-all couples, outwardly. Then suddenly, she was D O N E.

I have my moments! I’m a SAHM with three 6 and under. I manage our money and we save half my husbands take home pay but he thinks we are spending too much. We’ve been rehabbing a house and I have done a ton of the work - building shelves, installing about 20 light fixtures, sanding and painting and re-installing 30 exterior shutters and planting a ton flowers. No one I know with little kids does what I do and we don’t have any child care except me. And now he’s complaining that the kids are exhausting yet I’m the one who is with them 24/7. Yes, they are a handful but aren’t most little kids?
