Regal yes, but I love the way Kate dresses, and that's among the worst dresses I've ever seen her wear. I can only think it's a protest dress against having to be seen with Donald Trump (who said she deserved it when the paparazzi snapped photos of her sunbathing topless in her private rental home in France.

I hated that blue state banquet dress too, but the one from today is far worse.

I’d say Rose has that Carolyn Bessette Kennedy elegance about her. The dress isn’t wearing her, she’s the focus and it’s gorgrous. She was born to wealth and blue bloods - the regal air without the tiara is incredible.
