Any Early Predictions for ISL Next Season?

Reality is that BI has the stronger 20 class by far, and that combined with their goal keeping - starter and back-up - is superior. Saints got lucky and employed stall tactics, as usual, to beat BI. We lost to BI in the semi-finals, but they are so much better that I don't think SSSA has the horses to run with them, and I don't care how good they think their juniors are, they are still juniors. BI has three legitimate D1 top 10 stars at midfield, attack and defense, going to UNC, UVA and Navy. They will be very tough outs, and SSSA doesn't like pressure - when they got pressured in the State semi's they almost fell apart. Don't kid yourself. BI is winning this year for sure. The larger question is does SSSA finish a distant second or slip to 3rd without a reliable goalie or draw circle.
It's not nice to impersonate another school. Guessing Potomac will get rung up for about 40 in the spring because you aren't man or woman enough to call yourself a BI parent. SSSAS crushed BI last year and not going to be much different for the next 2. The greatest things about last year's game was watching BI's defense get punished every time they were brave enough to move their defense outside the eight and listening to the BI parents cry while it was happening. All 3 of the truly amazing players that you are banking on were non-factors in last year's game and there is nothing but your best wishes indicating that they have made any changes. Afraid you will be even more disappointed than VISI was last year. Sorry
And you wonder why SSSAS is so hated in the lacrosse world. I feel sorry for all the people who have to deal with parents like you.

You want disgusting,well it is

An ISL school yesterday on Dec 8th hosted a college prospect "clinic" run by a Division I coach who had been placed on leave earlier in the week by the university pending a full investigation. IMO, you have to wonder about the ISL's school's lofty ideals about empowering young women, when they are allowing a coach under investigation for alleged abusive and unethical behavior towards college players to run an event on their campus.

Which ISL school? Which prospect day?

Why would Stone Ridge allow this and what is going on at American?

From FanLax - "As a former Division 1 Head Coach, I can testify that these types of conversations aren’t just happening with the Real Housewives digitally. They were happening at tailgates, on the sidelines, etc.

I can also testify that I crossed kids off the list MANY TIMES when the rabid parent on the sidelines was identified. Helicopters/snow plows aren’t helping their kids. They are hurting them.

These parents need to go away. And, in all reality, what exactly are they looking to create for their kids? An opportunity for the multi million dollar pro deal? I despised Lavar Ball—but I understood his end game. These parents? The end game is status. Pathetic."

Where can we find this? Is it a LAX or WLAX coach? Seems like a pretty risky strategy when you getting paid to build a winning program.

"Former." Maybe coach should have paid a little more attention to the play on the field and a little less to the fans and they'd still be coaching. If you're going to penalize your program by holding kids responsible for their parent's behavior, it's going to cost you.

Not a chance. Honestly, and we play for one of the teams you list in the top two. But this list is a joke

This will be a fight between BI's seniors (we have three of the best in the country), and SSSA juniors (they have at least 4 if not 6 all-Americans). Stone Ridge has 2. Langley has 2, and Flint Hill 1. BI is returning 18 of its, graduating only 2-3 starters. SSSA is returning 16 of their starting Varsity, only losing 4 starters and you can argue that their younger replacements are stronger, and their entire starting line-up are D1 commits. In contrast, Visitation graduated 10, 8 were starters and their goalie is young untested in ISL since she was behind an all-American for last few years.

The real NoVA Metro list is probably closer to this:

Bishop Ireton - SSSA
Stone Ridge
Langley
Robinson
Visitation
Madison

And not sure why you include Severna Park or Glenelg Country and then not the likes of McDonogh, SPSG, etc, if you wanted to go DC-Baltimore Metro, but again, the idea that BI and SSSA aren't light years ahead of the rest of those in NoVA is just ridiculous.

Best early reviews on these schools right now are the winter leagues the schools are playing in and then indoor nationals. SSSA A plays up in Catonsville against Marriots Ridge, McDonogh, Glenelg and Visi. Visi and Saints are undefeated so far. Bishop Ireton plays in a separate Maryland league and their A team is also undefeated. Stone RIdge, Flint Hill, Langley and Woodson play at the St James, and I think only Stone Ridge is undefeated.
On Indoor Nationals, only SSSA, Bishop Ireton and Visi are the local teams invited, and their seeding is 6, 7 and 8 respectively. So while rankings are all fun on these things, its probably better to just let the girls settle things on the field.
