Haha, so stating a fact that it's a sought after AAP center is illegal. No. |

The phrases “sought after”, “exceptional” and “academic excellence” are subjective and potentially problematic. |
Ridiculous. "Racial steering refers to the practice in which real estate brokers guide prospective home buyers towards or away from certain neighborhoods based on their race. ... Advising customers to purchase homes in particular neighborhoods on the basis of race." |
nothing wrong with it getover it. |
These have nothing to do w/ buyer’s race, color, religion, gender, disability, familial status, or national origin. |
You have never looked at these cases, huh? |
all the time |
There is SO MUCH wrong in that house I hardly know where to start.
WTF is that ugly grey planking going up the walls in the staircase? Why don't the roof truss/timbers line up in the rooms? Why the stupid giant barn door? So outdated already. Where did that urinal sink think come into play? Gack, it's awful. Also, I live in McLean and they are slapping up these dumb faux farmhouses at an alarming rate--kind of like post WW2 Arlington red brick boxes. There's a new one every 5 ft and they all look the same. So stupid to have a farmhouse on your whopping .5 acre. Who is buying these dumb houses?? The Craftsmen trend was better than this idiocy. |
You're close. It's already dated. |
Yeah Craftsman is the best middle ground
Farmhouse is ok if you go more neutral inside. Most homes have white shaker kitchen cabinets and either white or wood shaker bath vanities. Should be Craftsman waynescoating not wood panels. This house is too customized to taste to appeal to everyone. |
A farmhouse is only ok if you live on...wait for it...a FARM. Otherwise it's just stupid and pretentious. |
At the end of the day, it's not saying anything that the inclusion of Great School scores with a listing doesn't tell potential buyers. There's a poster who seems to think buyers need to be blindfolded before they can put down an offer on a house, but that isn't going to happen. |
ugly. i prefer the chandelier house |
Decorating is not my style and I don’t love the wood beams....but I’d certainly take the house if I had a budget to redecorate a bit. Sadly, seems like $3 million is the new $2 million.....
