Too taste specific. |
Eh. I don't love it but I'd live there if someone else bought it with their money and gave it to me. |
Only if it conveys with the furnishings or a decorator on call.
Overall, I like it, but the crimes are, as many others have said - wall-paneling, the teeny bathrooms with the toilet next to the vanity, outdoor space - and the major one, as far as I'm concerned - all the open cabinets in the kitchen - especially the one with CHICKEN WIRE. No. I love that black study though. |
That study was the only room I liked. |
I am shocked that the real estate agent put the part about the schools. |
Don’t the McLean boosters say the same thing on DCUM all of the time? |
But it isn’t steering for the boosters to say that. |
I mean, it's definite on brand for the designer. So if you like that sort of thing it's great. Some rich person who likes her HGTV show will buy it, then in 4 years when they get tired of it they'll hire a designer to redo it (and hopefully rip out the gray wood paneling when they do!). |
If someone this rich wanted a farm house why wouldn't they just buy a farm? |
Are you from the DC area? |
It's accurate |
That isn’t the point |
What's the point? |
Priced Right since this is under contract

It’s potentially illegal. Agents have to be very careful about what they say about schools. |
