That's the case with each of her pregnancies. She looks absolutely glowing. Then she looses it all and looks like skeletor.

Agreed, I used to be so envious of her athletic body. The weight and the harsh makeup is really aging her.

She’s a literal duchess and aging so poorly. Arms too skinny and sinewy, face haggard and full of lines. No light in her eyes.

What happened to this kate?

Agreed, I used to be so envious of her athletic body. The weight and the harsh makeup is really aging her.

They call this the "Middleton woman" eyeliner and it is really, really awful. She insists on this black liner all the way around her eyes and it is horribly aging and dated. Add in being underweight and a (former?) sun worshipper, and she is definitely in the prematurely aging category.

No idea but she needs to work with this one and have a chat. She used to look happy and athletic. Now she looks haggard and withdrawn 24/7 even while wearing a tiara.

Why would such a privileged and wealthy woman in her 30s age so prematurely? I have colleagues in the dc nonprofit industry who look fantastic at that age and older. All working moms middle class /upper middle class. The fast decline of her looks is really puzzling.

The PP is only trying to save her from herself. If she looks this bad at 37 when she's 67...she'll look worse than Camilla and that's a pretty tough thing to handle. And as a trophy wife she will need to keep all her looks as long as possible - everyone knows William's into the nightclubs.

She looks fine. The color of the dress is slightly dull, but otherwise, very nice.
