Well, perhaps PP should work on her prose because that point was far from clear.

It was extremely clear. Beyond clear. Crystal.

You must not read (or listen) very much as it is a common sentiment that even people we think we know can be monsters behind closed doors. Not sure how you got two sides to a story out of that. It truly is baffling to me how you could draw that conclusion, but not everyone has good reading comprehension skills so I'll let it go.

Let's see, "What happens anywhere behind closed doors is always a mystery."

Hmm, what happened here happened behind closed doors and involves a he said-she said--which could be reasonably interpreted as "a mystery." How could anyone interpret that as anything other than "extremely clear"? LOL. You're the idiot, PP. Sorry you can't write clearly or effectively, and have anger management issues to boot.

I’m not the person who wrote that, but you are messed up and should just take the L on this one.

An article mentioned they met at her place of employment. Didn’t mention where.

Maybe she worked at Wendy's and that's where he first met her. He threw her body in the bushes next to Wendy's when he was finished torturing her. Her internal organs needed reconstructive surgery. What did this monster do to her??

Judge Patricia L Mitchell should not have let him out of jail.

The prosecutors asked for him to be denied bond. The judge disagreed.

From WJLA: Montgomery County District Court Judge Patricia Mitchell went against the prosecution’s request to deny bond. Instead, she granted Gonzalez a $50,000 bond. Two days after his arrest, he posted 10 percent ($5,000) and was released from jail.

So he's from El Salvador. Legally or Illegally?

Article says he is a U.S. citizen.

No, I didn't see that. Which article exactly?

“Gonzalez’s defense attorney highlighted that his client is a U.S. citizen, has no criminal record, . . .”

What’s sad is that if true (which it certainly seems to be), it seems that he preyed on her specifically because of her vulnerable status--he promised teach her English and help her become a US citizen.

Media should see if his ex-wife wants to make a statement about his sadistic behavior.

NP here = +1. "Who knows what happens behind closed doors" is a common expression. As PP said, just take the loss.

When your genetalia needs reconstructive surgery,
you know it was evil torture.

Sometimes the aftermath makes it obvious, as in this heinous attack.

I've never donated to a Go Fund account, but if there was one for this woman I would contribute. I'm a teacher, and this is absolutely horrific!

Yes another PP not clear about the intent of the original message. Shocking!

Why, oh why, are the public schools and the churches always covering for their rapists?

I sincerely hope the hospital did the surgery pro bono. I'm confident she could get pro bono counsel and go after him in a civil suit, but not sure how it works when his ex and kids also have claims on his assets.
