What did you eat today?

Yesterday:
3 slices of salami

Vegetable chickpea soup, Side salad (greens, carrot, cucumber, chickpeas, lite Caesar dressing)

Snacs: fruit salad (blackberries, banana, clementine); fat-free Icelandic yogurt; 3 gf Girl Scout cookies (they were terrible but I was stressed at work and ate them anyway)

Dinner: beef barbacoa with corn salsa

Today I start Weight Watchers!

I track my calories, so here goes:

3 scrambled eggs
Territory meal (chicken artichoke pesto over spaghetti squash)
Hummus and cucumber
Baked salmon and Asian slaw
Halo Ice cream

Valentine's Day was out of control.

Breakfast: iced coffee, a little bit of cream.

Lunch: pho soup, no meat.

Dinner: 1/2 tuna steak, 1/2 crab cake, a few bites of lobster ravioli. salad. broccolini. asparagus.

Dessert: 1/2 bottle of wine and slice of valentine's day cake.

My stomach hurts so bad today :/

You consider this out of control?


Yep: as someone who is on WW (lost 30 pounds, 10 to go), I get 23 points (around 1500-1800 calories a day depending on food quality). I ate 47 points yesterday, which for me is a LOT. You can see the points above. My husband made dinner and I would have made some changes (aka- not using store bought dressing on the salad or cake/wine during the work week), but it was a "special occasion". My kids picked out the cake and I'm determined to not be that mom who "can't have it". But I do not feel great this morning... which lets me know my normal diet, which is a little less processed, makes me feel a LOT better.

Coffee
Protein shake
Wrap with chicken, salad and black beans
Caffee with naughty chocolate muffin
Strawberries with honey

Tommorow going to be protein shake and entrecote, brandy and mushrooms sause with new potatoes and asparagus... I think it's going to be last time that i be eating beef or any other meat a part from chicken.

Woke up and had iced coffee and 3 V-day chocolates
Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and red peppers and oatmeal with blueberries
Lunch- pb and j, string cheese, apple
snack- Starbucks Strawberry refresher, banana, and 3 girl scout cookies
Dinner- the weather is crap and I'm not cooking tonight so stole DH's Hungry Man frozen Meal
Dessert- more valentines chocolate and maybe a glass of wine

I'm not on WW but a few bites of ravioli is 6 points (ie 25% of your calories for the day?)
