So much and so badly. At home with flu and DH had to go back to work, so I have a bored toddler too. And the dog ate something she should not have and it's coming out, largely undigested, the other end.

So.... nothing that really aligned with a mealtime, but I had five peanut butter and sliced cheddar cheese sandwiches, two cheese & mayo/mustard sandwiches, a pint of blueberries, handful of mini-marshmallows, Tom Kha soup over rice, and eggplant with Thai basil. About to hit the girl scout cookies.

Bagel (no cream cheese) at 9am. Two pieces of candy around 12. Having my cava lunch now. Also drank a ton (5 big mugs) of herbal tea all day.
I eat dinner at 6:30 with my kid and don’t eat again until 8/9. After 6 months of this I’m used to just being hungry in the am and before lunch and it’s normal. I feel unwell when very full. I don’t exercise beyond chasing a toddler after work and walking the stairs but I’ve lost weight due to the spacing of meals. And I love food and indulge on weekends and have dessert and bread and butter etc just less and not after about 7 pm.
