I ate 47 points yesterday, which for me is a LOT. You can see the points above. My husband made dinner and I would have made some changes (aka- not using store bought dressing on the salad or cake/wine during the work week), but it was a "special occasion". My kids picked out the cake and I'm determined to not be that mom who "can't have it". But I do not feel great this morning... which lets me know my normal diet, which is a little less processed, makes me feel a LOT better.[/quote]
