Lunch_scrambled eggs on corn tortilla,,green juice
Dinner: seared scallops, baked fennel with parmesan, 3 squares of dark.chocolate.

Breakfast- Fruit with one tablespoon of peanut butter

Lunch - Homemade soup topped with 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella and a grilled cheese sandwich

Dinner- Vegetable fajitas with fat free refried beans and 2 corn tortillas

Dessert - one sugar free pudding cup and a small chocolate

Protein shake; toast with turkey, avocado tomato; roast chicken, broccoli, salad and a piece of cornbread. Contemplating hot cocoa now.

Started the day a bit hungover, so lots of starch has been involved.

Breakfast: coffee, black. English muffin and egg sandwich with cheese. Cantaloupe.

Lunch: blackened fish salad from fish taco

Snack: cheesy puffs

Dinner: tuna salad melt on bagel. Two pieces of DH’s take-out orange chicken.

Dessert: part of a cookie. Tea.

The bloat is real.

Not a great day eating wise. Nowhere near enough protein.

lunch: quinoa with steamed veggies (carrots, beets, broccoli) with ginger sesame sauce and chopped almonds
afternoon: a chocolate dipped biscotti
dinner; two bowls of spinach salad with avocado, walnuts and croutons, a glass of wine at happy hour.

breakfast - 2 small dosas (rice-lentil crepes) filled with spiced sauteed okra-potatoes-onions AND a teaspoon of roasted gram powder with spices.

lunch - tomato soup with a slice of sourdough bread with horseradish cheese

snack - 2 clementines

dunner - rice pilaf with sauteed peas, onions and cumin seeds, spiced okra-potatoes-onions sabji, yogurt and chickpea flour curry with dumplings, cilantro-garlic chutney

Also ate some of DS's leftover dinner - 2 ikea meatballs, brussels sprouts sauteed with garlic in a glaze of salt and honey, gravy, 1/3 teaspoon of lingonberry jam, boiled quartered potatoes pan roasted with salt, butter and black pepper.

i have been cooking like a fiend every single day and every member of my family wants a different cuisine and i am accommodating everybody. In the process i am just always eating. portions are small but it is adding up.

Lunch: two slices of wheat with almond butter; avocado/tomato salad; apple
Mid-afternoon snack: a bunch of Valentine's Day candy and some chips
Dinner: chicken sauteed with peppers, onion, and potatoes; slice of toast with cream cheese; clementine

Breakfast: Glass of freshly squeezed OJ

Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 raw red pepper, 1 apple

Snack: A few bites of DD's ice cream bar

Dinner: 1/2 Peruvian chicken & white rice

Dessert: 3 Tate's vanilla cookies

Nibbling on way too many coffee hard candies (Trafer Joe's)

Come on people. Someone here has to eat McNuggets. Fess up. I myself had a Frappuccino, cheese snack, two slices of pizza, soft pretzel, and shrimp Caesar salad. Yum!!
