OP - If you were single would men hit on you? Are you desirable? If not fix that first.

My DW has put on about 30 lb over the past 20 years of marriage and most of it is in the middle. Doesn't do anything to get that off. Yet she wants action like we used to. It's a big turn-off for me so we practically never do it.

DCUM would say that I should prob. leave but I don't think it's the right thing to do. So we chug along.
