I don't see anything wrong with headphones, she was probably just walking in from outside. Fuzzy boots, I would have noticed that above the ripped jeans - not professional, too casual. Ripped? how ripped? small hole in the knee is different than the ones that rip from top to bottom

She was rude but so were you. You don't have to get into it in detail, but you could have just responded, "this outfit is within my office's approved dress code." Not responding was unprofessional.
