Woke up in the middle of the night

Nearly our whole relationship he's accused me of cheating. He didn't find anything but a few missed phone called via Facebook messenger from a guy he suspects I like, who was actually seeing my best friend for a while. Nothing else.
I'm upset because this is t the first time he's gone through my phone without asking and the constant accusing just seems like it won't stop.
What would you do?
Btw, never cheated on him once and I was very in love with him.

so wrong

I am guy and if my daughter found someone like this I would expect her to run.

the most fundamental basis of a relationship is trust. it comes BEFORE sex.

find someone else.

And how do you know it's the first time he's gone through your phone. It's the first time you've seen him do it.

Long story short.... we broke up after he started cheating on ME. He had cheated on the girl before me, too. Cheaters think other people are cheaters too.

+1.

It's one thing to have security and trust issues. It's another thing entirely - and totally unacceptable - to violate YOUR trust.

I could never close my eyes next to someone who did that.

This. It's a totally different thing. This guy is a psycho. Lucky you doged a bullet before you ended up pregnant.

Leave this relationship. If there is no trust, there is nothing.

He's controlling and this is a huge huge red flag. Break it off. I'm sorry.

Dump his ass and find someone else. After all, you aren't in love with him and he has trust issues, insecurities and probably much more.

+1. He doesn't trust you, that is his problem. He accuses you of cheating. That's not love.
You should break up, then you'll be better off without him, sorry but that's the truth.

End it. Then take a huge deep breath that you dodged an abusive crazy bullet.
