It might say something more about you and your social group than you realize if this is how you see 50-something non-married women. Judgmental much?

Plenty of 50-something women freed from the shackles of taking care of a husband are out there having a blast. But it's a shame your belief that they are a bunch of losers doesn't let you see that. That judgmental streak may end up keeping you nice and miserable in your marriage.

My mom got divorced in her 50s- she's in her 60s now and happier than she's ever been. Go for it!
