What do I say to my kid when other parents clearly did the project for his classmates?

It is appalling to me the amount of work parents put into their kids' projects!! I get kudos each year at Parent/Teacher conferences because it is clear my kids do all their own work. OP, be honest with your kids but also know that teachers know and care. They have FAR more respect for the parents who back off and kids who do their own work!

In about 6th grade, I remember my mother being horrified by other kids projects and the help they got from parents (25years ago) and I remember not understanding why she was so upset about it, as I didn't care about other kids work...I was a B+/A student on my own and had a high opinion of my own work.
